GLP Week Coach is designed as a routine support tool for people using weekly GLP-1 injection routines. It helps users track their GLP-1 week rhythm, log symptoms, monitor daily minimums, and create summaries for use in coach or clinician conversations.
The App does not:
Nothing in the App should be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult your prescribing clinician before making decisions about your medication, dose, or health.
GLP Week Coach cannot respond to medical emergencies. If you experience severe, worsening, or urgent symptoms at any time, you must contact your clinician, local emergency services, or emergency medical support immediately. Do not rely on the App in a medical emergency.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. GLP Week Coach is not intended for use by children or individuals under the age of 18. We reserve the right to terminate access where eligibility requirements are not met.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Information you enter into the App — including symptom logs, Daily Minimums, check-ins, and coach summaries — is entered at your own discretion and is your responsibility to review and use appropriately. The App does not verify the accuracy of data you enter, and outputs such as weekly summaries or coach reports are based solely on what you have logged.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, you do so voluntarily and subject to Apple's own terms. Apple Health data accessed by the App is used in read-only mode as a progress signal only.
All content, design, code, and features of GLP Week Coach — including the Week Engine, Rescue Mode, Muscle Guard, Cycle Coach Insight, and all associated brand elements — are the intellectual property of The UGC Playbook LTD. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption in availability. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP Week Coach and The UGC Playbook LTD are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, any reliance on information in the App as medical or clinical advice.

After downloading GLP Week Coach, you'll be guided through a short setup to:
Your Week Engine will begin from your next shot day. If you need to adjust your setup, go to Settings in the app.
To update your shot day or schedule in the app, go to Settings and update your schedule. Your Week Engine will recalculate automatically from your updated shot day.
GLP Week Coach currently supports weekly injection schedules only. Other cadences are coming soon.
The Week Engine divides your 7-day cycle into three phases:

Rescue Mode can be accessed from the Today screen or from the bottom navigation. It provides quick routine-support prompts for common after-dose moments such as nausea, reflux, constipation, fatigue, or low appetite.
Rescue Mode is a routine support tool only. For severe or worsening symptoms, contact your clinician or emergency services immediately.
You can log how you feel each day using the symptom check-in on the Today screen. Your Daily Minimums — protein, hydration, and fibre — can be updated throughout the day from the Today screen or the Minimums section.
Check-in history is available in the Progress section of the app.
To connect Apple Health, go to Settings and enable Apple Health integration. The App will request read-only access to:
This data is used as read-only progress signals only. You can disconnect Apple Health at any time in Settings or via your device's Health app permissions.
At the end of each week (Day 5–6), GLP Week Coach generates a Weekly Report summarising your check-ins, Daily Minimums, symptoms, and trends. You can share this summary as a PDF or copy it as text to share with a coach or clinician.
Summaries are not transmitted automatically. You control when and how you share them.
Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play according to their own policies.
